Subject: IP::Country::DNSBL fails due to changed country.netop.org server.
IP::Country::DNSBL fails due to changed country.netop.org server. The country.netop.org RBL server no longer provides country codes. Instead it provides the SPF text record. All is well if you change the $server setting in DNSBL.pm to country.georbl.info .
