Subject: Unicode::Collate needs to use PERL_NO_GET_CONTEXT
Looking at the Unicode::Collate included with Perl 5.17, I see many calls to Perl_get_context on Win32 Perl builds of this module. This module needs to use PERL_NO_GET_CONTEXT.
