Those of us who use a private darkpan for *all* dependencies always use
the --mirror and --mirror-only options together. It would be great if
there was a shortcut option that combined them. For example, these two
would be equivalent:
$ cpanm -M http://darkpan ...
$ cpanm --mirror-only --mirror http://darkpan ...
