Thanks for the heads up. Oddly, the link for the dist https://metacpan.org/release/GnuPG-Interface works. It appears that search.cpan.org didn't register the 0.45 upload either, and claims the most recent is 0.44: http://search.cpan.org/dist/GnuPG-Interface/

Thanks for the heads up. Yes, 0.45 is a real release. The only "unauthorized" module in that distribution is GnuPG::Interface itself. The rest of the release is authorized. Sigh.
