Subject: Packaging nits
(1) There is IO::Scalar in use (in lib/Bio/SSRTool.pm) but not declared as dependency (2) There is both a Makefile.PL and a Build.PL. You do not need to provide both nowadays, one is enough. (3) The two are not in sync. They declare different prerequisites (4) The Build.PL declares test_requires. I'd like to know where you got this from. I do not find test_requires documented in Module::Build. What am I missing? Thanks&&Regards,

Thanks for all the points. I have corrected these and uploaded an 0.02 version. I hope this fixes all the FAILs on the testers reports.
