Hi,
I'm packaging Statistics::Contingency for inclusion in Fedora:

Fedora has strong packaging guidelines, one of which is that packages
should include a file with the full text of the license for the software.
In fact, the GPL even requires it.
Could you add such a file in your next release?
Something like what you have in AI::DecisionTree would work perfectly:
