Subject: test t70newgif.t locks up under cygwin
When running tests t70newgif.t locks up immediately after running test 20. From adding debug code this seems to happen in the call to mymalloc() at the beginning of the io_new_cb() XS code. Using IM_DEBUG_MALLOC makes no difference.
