My apologies. Hypatia::Config was a rough draft at loading the settings via a config file. I decided to forego that feature for the initial release, but forgot to get rid of the "use" statement in Hypatia itself. I just uploaded a patch (version 0.01.1). It should be up on CPAN soon.

thanks, matters to me because the build system I use builds a dependency graph to determine the order to build distributions and whines when some are missing

You're more than welcome. Apparently, the CPAN indexing system didn't like a version of 0.01.1, so the version will be 0.011 and should appear soon.
