Subject: Net::OpenSSH requirement prevents installation on Window
Currently the distribution requires Net::OpenSSH to be installed, but this does not install on Windows. If you change this to an optional pre- request the distribution would be able to be installed on Windows an different collectors could be specified for that platform.

The problem is that OpenSSH is basically the most reliable and used transport (i.e., "Engine") for collecting information. Would you write a Windows info that uses a Telnet or HTTP engine instead? If so, I'm willing to change it. I just can't see how much useful Data::Collector will be on Windows.
