I'm going to assume that apache/mod_perl with RHES is 2.x/1.9x.
ProxyRewrite has not been ported from mod_perl 1.2x to 1.9x. If you choose
to run apache-1.3.x and mod_perl-1.2x, ProxyRewrite should work out of the
box.
Thanks,
Christian
