I'm getting an error using your migrate-ebs-image script:
[info] Scanning for existing staging servers and volumes in
http://ec2.us-east-1.amazonaws.com.
Can't use string ("VM::EC2") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use
at /Library/Perl/5.12/VM/EC2.pm line 678.
