Poking around in the phrasebook tree and came across unix/csh/pb. Tried
to use "csh", but hit a little bump:

I assume this just indicates that "prompt" is a required stanza in the
phrasebook since I see it is not there, but "shell" is.
Is this just dross left over from one of the previous implementations
that handled some of the pb file contents a little differently?
I'll probably try to work through the Tutorial and Phrasebook manuals to
see if I can figure out how to make it enough real not to be fatal, more
if I can.
