Bug #79183 for Math-Cephes: cannot install Math::Cephes : unknown

Hello, I am trying to download and install Math::Cephes, typing cpan Math::Cephes on the Perl command line of Strawberry Perl (v5.16.1) for MSWin32-x86-mult-thread. I am running under a Windows XP Professional. I get the following error message: CPAN: CPAN::SQLite loaded ok (v.0202) Database was generated on Fri, 24 Aug 2012 5:47:13 GMT Warning: Cannot install Math::Cephes, don't know what it is. Could you please help me and tell me/show me how to install that module? Many Thanks in advance.
