In http://search.cpan.org/~mhx/IPC-SysV-2.03/lib/IPC/SysV.pm if you click on the "ftok" link in the SEE ALSO section you get a "Not Found" error.

Yup, that's more a limitation of the CPAN site than a bug in the docs. It's supposed to be a link to the "ftok" manpage, marked up simply as L<> in POD. There's no real link that I could fix.
