Subject: bzip compression causes issues for smokers on win32
Since win32 does not have a bzip unpacker by default and CPAN does not have internal tools for handling bzip, smokers cycle repeatedly on your dist, wasting quite some time. Could you please repackage it as tar.gz?

The version 20121127 is in tar.gz format Thank
