Subject: question points in the data files prevent unpacking on win32
This causes my smoker to cycle on your dist repeatedly. Can you please remove them?

can you be more specific? which files, and what sort of error are you getting?

As mentioned, in the data files directory, for example: https://metacpan.org/source/WAIDER/Finance-Bank-IE-0.27/data/BankOfIreland There are files with question marks in there and those cannot be unpacked on all filesystems.

Local fix done, but there's a few more things I want to tweak before pushing a release.
