Test demonstrating the failure in the first patch and a fix in the second.

At this point in time, HTML::Mason (aka Mason 1) is in maintenance mode. The buffer flushing and caching code is basically the craziest part of the code, and I don't want to touch it for fear of breaking some other use case.
