Bug-Tracker link broken

I bumped into this when I was filing the last bug.

I thought it was RT misbehaving, so spent a little while diagnosing it before I even realized it was your manually specified RT link that was causing the misbehaviour.

In short, if you are not already logged in to RT, the URL "https://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html?Name=Getopt-Euclid" will take you to a highly useless "https://rt.cpan.org/Public/"

Might I suggest "https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Dist/Getopt-Euclid" ( which stays as-is when not logged in, and redirects to "https://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html?Name=Getopt-Euclid" when you are logged in ) instead?

Bah. Hells bells RT, have to break more than once. You might observe the links I provided have nonsense " proliferation and are broken.

the urls I meant to use are as follows:

Public access URL: https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Dist/Display.html?Name=Getopt-Euclid 
URL only valid when logged in: https://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html?Name=Getopt-Euclid
URL you get sent to if you visit the "only while logged in" URL while not logged in: https://rt.cpan.org/Public/

Thanks Kent, I put the new link in the Makefile.PL file and the POD itself. This change will appear in the next release of Getopt::Euclid, with no estimated release date at the moment. If for some reason you need to use the fix ASAP, let me know and I'll prepare a release. Florent
