The Cubrid header file, "cas_cci.h" is required by the DBD::cubrid
package. This appears to be a header for Cubrid, but is not included in
the DBD::cubrid distribution.
There are many cases where a DBI driver and the server it is communicating
with are not on the same machine. Please either update the code to fix
this issue, or include cas_cci.h in the DBD::cubrid package.
