Test-CheckChanges-0.14 built on OS X 10.6 (apple-supplied perl 5.10.0 in 32-bit mode) with Module::Build (0.4001 via fink) installed; nothing unusual during Makefile.PL or make, but then self-test fails:
t/test1c.t .......... 1/? Use of uninitialized value within @q in regexp compilation at t/test1c.t line 42.
