Subject: Second Class-Load-0.19 uploaded
DOY released a Class-Load-0.19 back in April, so now there are two, which could prove problematic for those wanting to require version 0.19 for the new functionality in the latest release. I'd suggest a quick release of 0.20 with no changes other than the version.
