| Subject: | Test::Perl::Critic and Test::Spelling are not really dependencies |
These modules are used by author tests ("xt") only; not by user tests
("t"). So they shouldn't be included in META.yml's build_requires - it
makes the installation take longer than necessary, and adds to the things
that can go wrong. (e.g. for whatever reason, Perl::Critic's tests won't
pass on my system.)
