This distro has a test dependency on strictures.pm which is not specified, causing the test suite to fail unless you've already installed it. Would you be so kind as to include this dependency in the next release?

No. Instead I've done a new release that removes strictures again - new test added by a new contributor and I lost the game of spot the deliberate mistake :) Should be fine now.
