As an idea for a feature, Wx::Perl::Imagick SaveFile() could look at the "type" argument to set the imagemagick "magick" option which controls the output file format. That could help compatibility with Wx::Image for saving to a different format than what you loaded from, or for giving a desired output format of a newly created image.
