Subject: A dependency is broken and being removed from CPAN
POEx::Role::SessionInstantiation has been broken for at least a year, and the author is going to remove it from CPAN, as per this ticket: https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=69745 Task::Plack depends upon that module, via POE::Component::Server::PSGI
