Encoding bug in pod

Recent Pod::Simplle warns when it encounters a non-ascii character in pod that has no =encoding directive. A hexdump of lib/Sys/Filesystem/Linux.pm reveals 0007660 2f 64 65 76 2f 63 64 72 6f 6d e2 80 99 20 20 20 >/dev/cdrom... That is a RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK You will soon see the first fail reports on cpantesters.
