Bug Information

Hi Sparky, ( sorry for any mistake in English language, I'm french :) ) I am using your Net::Curl and Net::Curl::Simple modules for one year, since I find it on the CPAN. It allows very easy way to work with cURL and does the work perfectly. First I was working on a 10.04 Ubuntu on a x86 architecture (desktop machine) and a Lenny Debian on a amd64 arch (the server) and it was OK. I've switch the server to the Squeeze Debian and it was still working. But now, I use a 12.04 Ubuntu, and I am not able to build Net::Curl again :( When making the module, some logs warns about some C casting problems and other stuff (see make_logs.txt). When make-test your module, most of the tests don't even run. I use the 7.22.0 libcurl from Ubuntu packages. I try to compile it from source too, but this is the same version... I even try a "make install" on Net::Curl, even if the tests don't pass. I installs the files, but when I run my program, it totally crashed the Perl process, with a "segmentation fault (core dumped)" error!!! I'm not able to deal with C programming language, so I can't fix this by myself. I hope you could give me some help or advice. Not sure this is a bug but it seems strange... Thanx for reading. -- Smonff
