In the examples/iv.pl program under X11 the mouse wheel doesn't seem to
have the intended scrolling effect.
Tinkering with it a bit the wheel events seem to go to the imageviewer
widget the same as onMouseDown, but then I wasn't sure which widget
iv_mousewheel() expects to act on.
In X the wheel is normally a mouse button press and so suffers or enjoys
the same propagating as other button press events, if that helps.
