Greetings friend!
I'm using Term::Readline::Zoid for one of our in house custom
applications, however since switching to Zoid from base Term::Readline
the only complaint I've been getting consistently is the reset of the
prompt to the bottom of the screen. I am requesting, provided it isn't
too awful for you to implement, to make this an option that can be
specified at launch to disable.
