Install fails because of Switch

Hi, I saw this upload yesterday and wanted to try it out as I've got some of the same beefs with using MySQL at the command line, but the install failed on both OS X 5.14.1 and Ubuntu 5.14.1 because "Installing Switch failed". As it stands, Switch appears not to install cleanly in a lot of cases: http://www.cpantesters.org/distro/S/Switch.html#Switch-2.16 I'm guessing that should prevent a fair chunk of folks from installing this dist. Olaf, You're absolutely right, it's a bad idea to have Switch as a dependency, and looks like I don't even use it anymore in the code! I've release v0.02 without this dependency.
