Subject: perldoc manual page goes into man3 instead of man1
Generated manual page for perldoc goes into third section of manual pages now despite this not a tool and thus should install into first section as used to be. I think this is because perldoc.pod resides in `lib' directory now.

One must move the perldoc.pod out of ./lib and instruct EU::MM by adding: 'MAN1PODS' => { 'perldoc.pod' => 'blib/man1/perldoc.1' }, into Makefile.PL. -- Petr

As released in 3.19, the manual page gets installed twice. Into man1 and into man3. If you move the perldoc.pod file from lib into root, you will get proper behavior: Only perldoc(1) will get installed and the POD will be installed as Pod/perldoc.pod into @INC.

I just put 3.19_01 on CPAN if you want to give it a spin. Mark
