Bug #77193 for Tk: Bug in Tk Scrolled Text

Hello, First sorry for my english ! I am use perl v5.12.4 and Tk 804.029 When use the Scrolled Text with the characters arabic codified utf8, the lines are unsynchronized when clic on with mouse. Also, the lines are moved on the left border depending number of the arabics characters diacritiques (Fatha, Damma, Kasra, Soukoun...)
