When a calendar contains repeating entries, trying to traverse the
calendar the module fails with the following error.

2012-06-21T00:00:00 2012-06-28T00:00:00 Tony On Call
Can't call method "hasAttribute" on an undefined value at
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5/Net/Google/Calendar/Entry.pm line 187.
Currently I workaround by not trying to get the 'when' item for events I
know are repeating.
