My Apache config file has the mod_perl block <Perl></Perl> which causes
an exception with Config::ApacheFormat. How about an "ignore_directives"
and "ignore_blocks" option, like "valid_directives" and "valid_blocks",
but listing directives and blocks which should just be skipped over?
