Subject: W pack type is only available in perl 5.10+
the "W" pack type, used in Net::SSH::Mechanize::Session, is only available in perl 5.10+. either use a different pack type for older perl version support, or specify a minimum perl version in the distro metadata.

Thanks for pointing this out, and I'm not sure why I didn't just use a C in the first place. Will upload a corrected version shortly.
