Subject: Missing 'Changes' content

No, still broken. It looks like you do not understand what the 'Changes' file must contain. It should contain for each release a human readable (and human written) description of what changed since the previous release. Look here for an example: https://metacpan.org/source/RJBS/Dist-Zilla-4.300014/Changes -- Olivier Mengué - http://perlresume.org/DOLMEN

No, your 'Changes' file is still useless. Look at https://metacpan.org/source/XYF/Win32-ExcelSimple-0.55/Changes The 'Changes' file is a very important file that will help your user to track what changed in comparison to the previous release they were using. From my own point of view, this is the first thing that tell me about the quality of the module, and will help me to decide if I can rely on it: if the maitainer does not take time to fill this content it means that he doesn't care about his users, and so if I find a bug, it has some chances of not being fixed, or worse, being fixed without me being aware of it. So I will not use the module. Note that a long list of bug fixes in the 'Changes' file is not bad. Instead it is a good sign for me: it shows that the maintainer is active to fix things. So I expect a content similar to the following (this is up to you to write a significant content before each release). As you are using the [NextRelease] Dist::Zilla plugin you must write the new things for the new release just below the $NEXT. Revision history for Win32-ExcelSimple {{$NEXT}} Fixed 'Changes' file (RT#76630, thanks Olivier Mengué) 0.55 2012-04-25 09:01:10 Asia/Shanghai Fixed POD (RT#76628 was not really fixed) 0.54 2012-04-24 Asia/Shanghai Fixed $VERSION (RT#76769, thanks Olivier Mengué for report) 0.53 2012-04-21 Asia/Shanghai Fixed POD (RT#76628, thanks Olivier Mengué for report) 0.51 2012-03-17 Asia/Shangai Deleted 'sqlnet.log' that was bundled (RT#76629, thanks Olivier Mengué for report) 0.4 2011-12-17 Asia/Shangai ...
