The POD is corrupted See https://metacpan.org/module/XYF/Win32-ExcelSimple-0.51/lib/Win32/ExcelSimple.pm Note that most POD lines must have a blank line before and after. Also the "Please Note this module is based on CELL address" would be better placed in a DESCRIPTION section (the NAME section must be a single line).
