it'd be nice to have an option to remove an injected dist from being continuously inserted. e.g. I had a dist name Foo but we decided to rename it Bar now I have both Foo and Bar in my minicpan even though Bar is the only relevant dist -- Caleb Cushing http://xenoterracide.com
