load order for this seems very sensitive.
use MooseX::StrictConstructor;
use MooseX::ABC;
works for both
use MooseX::ABC;
use MooseX::StrictConstructor;
will leave the class as insatiable.
it would be nice if the order didn't matter but barring that can we
add documentation that mentions this?
