Subject: Make “multiple invalid initial, medial, or final ellipsis” modifications more useful
1. Make the [comment, hint] more specific or replace it with an example in each invalid instance 2. This POD is incorrect: “The string is not modified in this case, you'll need to manualy inspect it for specific problems.”

pre upload testing: This phrase: 'Reloading…' had this msg: 'invalid initial, medial, or final ellipsis' and this hint: 'Reloading[comment, invalid ellipsis]' now it … gives this msg: 'final ellipsis needs to be preceded by a normal space or a non-break-space in bracket notation or character form' and this hint: 'Reloading …’ Each ellipsis check does the same and tests/POD where updated.
