Subject: [new metric] META.yml errors: "provides" for modules in t/ or inc/
Some broken versions of the toolchain generated broken META.yml. A META.yml analyzer should report modules listed in "provides" of META.yml that link to files in directories that should not be indexed by PAUSE: t/, inc/ and any file/directory listed in as no-index. See for example Calendar-List-0.22 for an example distribution that has this problem. See RT#760472 https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=76472 -- Olivier Mengué - http://perlresume.org/DOLMEN

It looks like this issue has already been addressed both in metacpan and in s.c.o, and is not (and will not be) a problem anymore. https://metacpan.org/search?q=TestData http://search.cpan.org/search?query=TestData If you still think this is an important issue for a lot of people, please consider writing a stricter validator than CPAN::Meta::Spec so that others can reuse it.
