Subject: Depends on LWP::UserAgent::Determined
LWP::UA::Determined makes it difficult to install Amazon::S3. On one system, the test fails because the server times out instead of returning a response; on another, it's been testing for over 10 minutes now. Any chance this dependency could be made optional? Judging by the CPAN Dependencies chart, I am far from alone in having problems with it.
