In bleadperl (perl 5.15.x) the use of barewords in
Module::Install-controlled Makefile.PL is not allowed anymore. See
http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/32be360c-7ce5-11e1-b440-3544173997d5
for a sample fail report because of this.
