Subject: Permission problem (UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE @ search.cpan.org)
search.cpan.org marks the 0.05 release as "UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE". I assume this is happening because the Ber/Instruction/Windows subpackages probably belong to Sam Vilain. Regards, Slaven
