more info from cpantester (seems to be a bug in old openssl - we should perhaps skip those tests on pre-0.9.8)

I am not able to reproduce this failure on my perl-5.14.2+openssl-0.9.7m
(Windows/32bit)
So perhaps we'd better wait whether we will see more failures like this.
