Subject: Test failure - P_ASN1_TIME_put2string+P_ASN1_UTCTIME_put2string (37_asn1_time.t)

The failure is here: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/1108a940-7d24-11e1-8755-e63c2a028b78 Why the hell doesn't t/local/04_basic.t print openssl version? I'll try to prepare a fix for this approx. tomorrow. -- kmx
more info from cpantester (seems to be a bug in old openssl - we should perhaps skip those tests on pre-0.9.8)

I am not able to reproduce this failure on my perl-5.14.2+openssl-0.9.7m (Windows/32bit) So perhaps we'd better wait whether we will see more failures like this. -- kmx
