Subject: Bareword "use_standard_tests" not allowed while "strict subs"
Short story: a bugfix in perl causes KAWABATA/Template-Plugin-TruncateByWord-0.1.tar.gz to fail during 'perl Makefile.PL'. https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Dis play.html?id=76035 has the long story. Quick fix: remove "use_standard_tests" from the Makefile.PL. It was never effective. HTH&&Thanks,
