Subject: generate_examples.pl gets installed
generate_examples.pl gets installed as part of the module (not good) and the easiest solution is to rename generate_examples.pl to generate_examples_pl so it doesn't get installed as part of the module. This is a common misunderstanding of MakeMaker.
