2. Click on “permalink”
3. It goes to http://search.cpan.org/~dmuey/Locales-0.26/_build/_locales_build_utils.pm and
thus has wonky wonky POD
probably due to the __END__ that it contains in a POD-looking string.the permalink should go to
the URL in step 1
