Subject: problem with URL matching
URLs with html encoding aren't recognized properly. Here's an example of one: http://www.ni%67hthob%62y.com/dmnbsg.php We had this bug reported in RT for Incident Response, but it looks like it's a Regexp:: Common problem -- see http://rt3.fsck.com/Ticket/Display.html?id=3161 for the report from the customer.
