Your module causes both Safe (via Data::DPath::Context) and, optionally,
Tie::Hash::NamedCapture (via Config::General -> English -> %+/%-) to be
loaded and used.
Before Safe version 2.30, that didn't go terribly well on perl 5.14 if
Safe was being loaded before Tie::Hash::NamedCapture, which it always is
in the case of App::DPath.
Safe version 2.30 fixed this interaction between perl's lazy loading of
Tie::Hash::NamedCapture. Please depend on this known good version of
Safe, at least on the versions of perl known as being affected,
$] >= 5.010 && $] < 5.014.
